The room
At six the bar in the lemon garden opens for aperitivo: chilled Falanghina and Fiano, spritz, olives, taralli and a plate of local cheese and salumi. After dinner it is the house limoncello, steeped every winter from the peel of our own sfusato lemons and served ice-cold. Through the day it runs as an honesty bar — help yourself and write it in the book.
